Her extensive experience spans across working with both adults and children, particularly in facilitating transitions to adult services. With a specialised expertise in supporting state benefits applications, setting up care packages, and implementing education and health care plans (EHCPs), Catherine is well-versed in navigating the complexities of the Continuing Health Care (CHC) system. Her strong network within private and statutory service provisions ensures she can find the right services at the right time for her clients. Starting her career at Social Return as a Client Services Administrator, Catherine developed a keen interest in case management. Her analytical and research skills, honed during this period, deeply inform the clinical cases she now works on. This unique experience provides her with an in-depth understanding of case management that others may not possess. Catherine now undertakes case work under the supervision of the Case Manager and registered professional.
