Claire is a case manager who successfully assists clients to achieve the best possible outcome and quality of life. She is a registered nurse with over 20 years’ experience ensuring high standards of culturally aligned care for a wide variety of patients with diverse needs, including experiences in acute and mental health hospitals, case managing adult and paediatric clients with traumatic brain and complex injuries, liaising with legal teams, MDT’s, clients and families.

During her case management career, Claire has assembled and led a range of professionals, managed cases through transitions from hospital to care homes and specialist units, and into the community. She manages packages of care and supports clients with a range of sensory, physical and cognitive needs. Utilising a wide network of contacts and services, she develops bespoke rehabilitation packages to assist clients in achieving their goals and aspirations during their recovery.

Her warm and engaging approach engenders trust and creates an environment where rehabilitation is threaded through all aspects of a client's recovery.

Claire trained and worked in rural Australia where she lived for 28 years before returning to the UK November 2010.
