Fatimah is a highly experienced case manager who is ambitious for her clients, with a previous clinical background as a specialist physiotherapist. She has over twenty years of experience of working with clients as a case manager with significant experience working with adults and children at both pre- and post-settlement stages. 

She has worked internationally before becoming a case manager in the UK. Her caseload has included clients with a wide range of catastrophic and complex injuries resulting in physical, social and psychological issues.

Fatimah is an effective team leader who believes in personal development and motivating others to do the same.  She is experienced in recruitment, training, supervision and management of support packages for clients. She has a sound, broad clinical knowledge base and a particular interest in vestibular rehabilitation. 

A diligent, flexible and adaptable person, Fatima ensures that her clients are well supported, and that all stakeholders are communicated with in a timely way. She is committed to developing her professional knowledge and skills and proactively attending supervision, seminars and training that further develops her understanding of the challenges that case management brings.
