Kate is highly skilled in managing care teams including recruitment, induction, training and supervision. She works in partnership with clients, referrers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with CQC regulated activities, legislation, policies and procedures, and ensuring excellence in the delivery of care and support packages for clients. Starting her career as a support worker has given Kate insight into the challenges faced by clients, their families and their care teams. Kate's warm, sensitive and supportive approach enables her to build positive relationships with clients and those close to them. She is experienced in supporting clients to achieve their personal goals and to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. She is a reflective listener who can synthesise information and plans to design effective personalised care plans. As a Level 5 practitioner in Health & Social Care, she has managed safeguarding issues and prepared support plans and risk assessments.
