Lucy is a case manager with over 20 years’ experience working in complex case management, supporting adults with complex neurological conditions, trauma and support package management within the medico-legal context.  She specialises in working with clients who exhibit significant physical, cognitive and behavioural difficulties.

As a BABICM advanced registered practitioner, Lucy has extensive case management and supervisory/managerial experience, developing highly skilled and talented teams, encouraging, and enabling creative, innovative practice. 

She is skilled in building positive relationships with clients and those close to them, supporting clients to achieve their goals by coordinating high performing MDTs , creating bespoke support packages and developing support workers to meet the unique needs of the client. 

Lucy is passionate about governance, process implementation, service planning, programme management, policy analysis and training delivery within the case management industry. Ambitious and focussed, she strives to ensure all clients and stakeholders receive tailored, high-quality solutions.
