Megan is a case manager who is committed to supporting rehabilitation to maximise her clients’ quality of life as well as safeguarding and promoting the welfare of her clients. Her communication style and persona enables her to build rapport easily and establish and manage effective working relationships with her clients, their families and wider MDT members. She is highly motivated, with strong planning, organisational, communicative, and analytical skills.

With a sound working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act Megan is an enthusiastic registered mental health nurse with experienced in working with adults, older people and children suffering from various mental health conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar, ADHD, anxiety, depression, variable personality disorders and other co-morbid disorders within both acute and primary care settings. She is skilled at positive approaches in the management of violence and aggression.

She is an accomplished report writer, assessing client needs and supporting clients to identify and achieve their goals. She is adept at risk assessment and management, as well as care planning. She is both CMSUK AND BABICM registered.

Persistence, determination and creative problem solving enables Megan to deliver positive outcomes for her clients, helping them to recover from their illness or come to terms with it to maximise their quality of life.
