Natasha is a case manager with a background in occupational therapy, specialising in working with people who have had catastrophic and serious injuries including polytrauma, amputations, chronic pain, neurological impairments, spinal and brain injuries. She covers Kent, Essex, Greater London and the South East. Her clinical expertise includes oncology and palliative care, trauma and orthopaedics, cognitive disorders and psychological distress, wheelchairs and seating, environmental assessments and home adaptations. Natasha is skilled in Immediate Needs Assessments, Work Capacity Assessments and coordinating rehabilitation interventions with upper limb rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, chronic pain and complex orthopaedic clients, as well as working alongside employers towards return to work. Natasha has 11 years of experience previously working as an OT in the private sector which has informed her case management practice, providing rehabilitation services to catastrophic and serious injury cases. She also has 5 years’ experience as Clinical Director for a national private OT company including mentoring and quality assurance of associate OT’s and brings strong governance and leadership from this experience. She spent 12 years in Acute & Community Care within Thurrock and South Essex localities, delivering complex care and intensive rehabilitation assessments for the NHS and has extensive knowledge of both statutory and private health and social care services within the Essex and Greater London areas, including care provider agencies.
