Nicole is highly skilled in managing care teams including recruitment, supervision, risk assessment, performance management and dispute resolution.  By promoting best practice and upholding governance frameworks, she works collaboratively with clients, referrers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with CQC regulated activities, legislation, policies and procedures, and ensuring excellence in the delivery of care and support packages for our clients.
 
Nicole is warm, enthusiastic and ambitious and has extensive experience working in both commissioning, primary care and social care sectors, including with young and vulnerable adults in supported accommodation for complex mental health and forensic diagnoses.

er involvement with navigating complex issues including homelessness, mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, asylum seekers / immigration and domestic violence has given her both resilience and resourcefulness to deliver and attain the best outcomes for clients.
