Ben is an experienced nurse and healthcare manager with over 25 years’ experience within health and social care, principally in the areas of acquired brain injury (ABI) and learning disability.

​After gaining experience as a learning disability nurse working within a specialist assessment and treatment centre for people with challenging behaviour, Ben took on various community roles managing support teams for people with ABI in the community, before returning to practice as a Charge Nurse.

​After gaining more experience managing CQC registered specialist care homes, Ben went on to work with a leading neurorehabilitation provider as a Service Development Manager, supporting the development of the company’s flagship neurorehabilitation centre in Middlesbrough.

Ben's role includes providing clinical and operational support, clinical systems development, marketing, managing technical support and strategic planning.
