Jackie is a highly experienced case manager and Advanced BABICM practitioner. She excels at complex case coordination and leading multidisciplinary teams. Her specialist interest lies particularly in brain injury rehabilitation and disorders of consciousness, however Jackie relishes a challenge and welcomes working with clients who have a diverse range of life changing injuries and complex conditions.

An innovative practitioner, she enjoys developing people to fulfil their potential and meeting the challenges that come with this. Jackie is valued by her clients and their families for her attention to detail and her warm but robust approach which inspires trust and confidence.

Having seen the ideals possible for care, rehabilitation and recovery for her client group, Jackie was keen to become a case manager to be able to push the boundaries and be part of a company that can lead the way in finding solutions with our clients as well as sharing best practice. She always strives to deliver the highest standard of service delivery in every aspect of her role.

Jackie is a motivated individual who is ambitious for her clients, with a previous clinical background as a specialist physiotherapist. She has over twenty years of experience of working with clients after catastrophic injuries who wish to live their lives to the full in their communities.
