Rebecca is a case manager with significant experience working with adult clients at both pre- and post-settlement stages. She is skilled in exploring goals with her clients, particularly for those with cognitive communication disorders and whose behaviour can challenge. She has experience skilfully managing cases where there are domestic violence and safeguarding issues and she comfortably leads the coordination of care and rehabilitation to ensure all needs are met and progress is facilitated. Using her extensive case management experience and her background in occupational therapy, Rebecca builds positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families. Her calm, positive and boundaried approach gains her appreciative client and deputy feedback. She has a network of professional contacts and works closely with a range of providers to create the most appropriate teams to support her clients with brain and spinal cord injuries and a range of other complex health and social care needs.
